Summary: "little pills, not gelcaps"

Grape seed extract is great for people with migraines because it encourages blood flow. I stay on this product, source naturals is a great company as well. But I do not like the tablets. You have to take several of them to make up for what you would get in a gel cap. So if you prefer to take several pills or split your pills throughout the day this is the product for you. If not, stick with the gel caps. They seem to be more effective for my use.
