Seems to be a good product. The gelcaps are of high quality (don't leak; don't melt quickly). As for the contents, only time will tell how well the product actually works. However, I believe I am getting what I have ordered with this product, and it is my intention to renew the order (same item, same vendor) when the time comes.

Summary: "Helpful for post-meal brain fog"
I typically feel very tired and foggy after a meal, if I take one of these caps from an hour before the meal to with the meal I don't get foggy. It's wonderful stuff and I won't be without it in the foreseeable future. I don't know what the mechanism is, I just know it's changed my life.
